New: International MBCL SiTT Group

by | Mar 23, 2025

We are delighted to announce a new online peer-supervision / intervision group, in collaboration with SiTT for all who have attended a Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living Teacher Training.

SiTT – Support for Integrity in Teaching and Training – is a peer-led community, offering peer support for mindfulness teachers within an atmosphere of mindful mutual care and co-operation.

During these English-spoken meetings we will:
– Share a period of practice together
– Reflect and discuss themes and practices related to the MBCL curriculum
– Connect with what’s present for us in relation to our teaching
– Offer and receive peer support

All we really ask is that you come with an open heart and a willingness to be part of a community that is mindful, heartful and of value to us all.

Frits Koster and I have co-created MBCL from 2007 onwards and taught the course in many countries across the globe, increasingly also in international Teacher Trainings.

We are grateful Kate Ensor has volunteered to coordinate this new SiTT group and I am happy to facilitate the first session on Thursday 24th April 2025.

As we build this peer support group together, the theme will be: How we create ‘safeness’ and connection within the groups we take part in and the groups we teach.

Further dates in 2025 will be Thursdays 19th June, 2nd Oct and 20th Nov, all 19.30-21.30 CET.

You can register your interest by emailing kateensor1@gmail.com

Welcome!
